How One2Fan Credits and Subscriptions Work

One2Fan has two separate payment systems that are often confused. Your subscription gives you access to a creator's content. Credits are a separate currency you spend on messages and live chat sessions. You do not need both — they are independent of each other. This guide explains exactly how each system works, what you get for your money, and how to manage or cancel either one.

Subscriptions: Access to a Creator's Content

A One2Fan subscription is a recurring payment, starting from $1.99 per week and set individually by each creator, that gives you access to a specific creator's Moments, their posts, short videos, and updates that are not published anywhere else.
What you get with a subscription:
  • Full access to all Moments content published by that creator
  • Content that is only on One2Fan and not available on their public TikTok or Instagram
  • New posts and updates as the creator publishes them
How billing works:
Your payment card is charged the creator's set price on the day you subscribe. The subscription renews automatically every week on the same day. Your card continues to be charged until you cancel.

Subscriptions are per creator, and each creator sets their own price. If you subscribe to three creators, you're billed separately for each, on their own weekly cycle.

Credits: Private Messages and Live Chat

Credits are a separate in-app currency used for direct communication with creators. They are not included in the subscription price and are purchased independently.
What credits are used for:
  • Messages: Each offline message to a creator costs 1 credit
  • Online dialogue: Each minute of live online conversation costs 1 credit
A conversation switches to offline mode if neither party sends a message for more than 5 minutes. Once it goes offline, each new message costs 1 credit rather than 1 credit per minute.

Credits are separate from your subscription. You can use messages without subscribing to Moments, and you can subscribe to Moments without ever buying credits.

Your Free Credits: 10 to Get Started

Every new One2Fan signup includes a free credit bonus — no purchase required:

  • 5 credits: Awarded automatically when you complete registration
  • 5 credits: Awarded when you link a payment card to your account

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your One2Fan subscription at any time using either of these two methods:
Method 1: Cancel through Subscriptions

  • Step 1: Log in and go to your Profile
  • Step 2: Open the Subscriptions section
  • Step 3: Select the subscription you want to cancel and confirm
Method 2: Remove your payment card

  • Step 1: Log in and go to your Profile
  • Step 2: Open My Cards
  • Step 3: Delete all saved cards
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.
Deleting your One2Fan account does NOT automatically cancel your active subscriptions. You must cancel your subscriptions separately before deleting your account, otherwise your card will continue to be charged.

When exactly is my card charged?

Your card is charged on the day you first subscribe to a creator. It renews on that same day each week until you cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Do credits expire?

Here's how One2Fan works with credits: your balance carries over until you use it. There is no published expiry period for purchased credits — check your account balance in the Messages section on one2fan.com.

Can I subscribe to a creator and also use credits with them?

Yes. A subscription and credits are independent. Subscribing to a creator's Moments does not give you free messaging access — messages always cost 1 credit each. You can use both at the same time.

What is the minimum age to use One2Fan?

All users must be 18 or older to register on One2Fan for fans. The platform is safe-for-work (SFW) — no adult content is permitted. Creators additionally complete SumSub identity and age verification before their profiles go live.

What happens to my subscription if a creator leaves One2Fan?

If a creator's account becomes inactive or is removed, your subscription to that creator ends. You will not be charged for a renewal if there is no active creator page to subscribe to. Contact One2Fan support if you experience any billing issues in this scenario.
